Final bid 766 credits. This card is going to my first card winner in Washington state.
I think of this character almost like an angler spider-like insect that lures in the bugs with it's leaf tail... but then it's not up to me to decide what it is, so I wonder if I should say anything at all. I really enjoy all the variety of explanations people choose to provide for the characters. It's wonderfully subjective. Something I am learning to love without having to control.
I had to cut some new cards from a larger sheet of paper today. This was one of the scrap pieces. Ash decided where to put the eyes, what shape they would be and the squares inside. I started it as a warm up for the days card and then finished it afterwards. I wanted to make something to send to the winner of March 8th card. I put it in the envelope before measuring it. The long side is 3.5 inches so the short side is bound to be somewhere around 1.5ish. I hope they find it a positive surprise.
