Final bid 1010 credits. This card is going to Maryland. I had a migraine today and lost the end portion of the day.
When Ashley looked at the ink outline of the character. She said if you put some blood on the mouth it will look scary. I said I wanted it to be cute. She thought for a while and then said make it a rainbow then. Can't have an un-cute rainbow. Wisdom thy age is 6. I think it's interesting to look at the card now that I have had a migraine. It's as if my brain was warning me and I didn't know. I wish my head leaked rainbow smoke instead. Final bid 511 credits. This card is going to Nevada. I tried the light through the card thing that I did yesterday. These were the lines and marks made from the dense area of fibers. Within them I found these creatures existing amidst the swirling fiber lines. Today was a beautiful day. Lots of sunlight.
Final bid 560 credits. This card will be going to Washington DC. I was outside for a bit today and I happened to hold the card up to the light. There were dark areas in the paper and I sketched the lines that it created. This is the creature that developed from those shadows. It seems like a moment in a story. Some creature entering the scene. It makes me curious about what is actually going on. I'm excited to see what people will come up with for it.
Final bid 3031 credits. This card is going to Colorado. My friend got her new apartment today. Thankfully she still visited for a while. I will miss her. It was nice to have another adult around to talk to.
Final bid 789 credits. This card will be staying in Oregon. I still need to get the name for this card. I do know the red area in the throut is how the creature breaths and that area opens and closes. This is the minister for a wedding of two other cards. Watercolor #9 (feamle) and Ink #28 (male). I received notification last night that I have been accepted into the Newport co-op Art Gallery "For Artsake Gallery." I have to get things worked out. They would like some work to include on Sunday and I could be working in the store early May. SO exciting :)
Final bid 4140 credits. This card is going to New York. Name: "Omniscia" - because that big eye of wisdom can see all. I just realized that I missed this post last month. Let me see what I was doing that day... Ok so that day I was juried into the For Artsake Gallery here in Newport. They called the same day to let me know I had been accepted. I played masterpiece and clue that night with a couple friends and my daughter. Well she didn't get to stay up for clue but she did great at masterpiece. My friend Tischa helped me with this card. She saw a bird when all that was there was the beak and eye area. I'm so happy she did see it.
Final bid 306 credits. This card will be going to Colorado. It should look more red than this... I'm having trouble color adjusting the photographs to accurately portrait the reds.
Final bid 5000 credits. NEW HIGH SCORE!!!! This card is going to Washington state. Long day. Just glad to get the card done. Thought process, a sucker born every minuet and if those suckers are zombie then we are all in trouble.
Final bid 500 credits. This card is going to Colorado. Creature Support Card #2 is also going with this card to Colorado! :) Today was Ashley's birthday. She turned 6 years old. Thankfully I was able to complete the card before the birthday events. And what a birthday for the books.
