 I started off the day with six loads of laundry and some work on my files. I cleaned and vacuumed and put all the clothes away. My mom came over to watch the kids for a little while so I could go see The Wizard of Oz in 3d at the Theatre. I haven't been in a theatre in a very long time and it was nice to watch. Some really fun and creative concepts. As the day started to wind down my body let me know I had done too much. My back started to ach terribly on the right side. I took some medications and was able to get this guy made but the I didn't have the wits about me to find my camera card to take the picture, so I went to bed. I use to be able to get so much more done in a day. Glad to get to see the movie though.

Hope your back is better. If not maybe try a heating pad for a bit or ice it if its inflamed.

I have been rotating between the two. Not sure why it's just been an evening thing. Hopefully it has passed. Thanks for the suggestion though :)
